Latest Donation Continues Years of Support for Educating Students About the Holocaust

Board Recognition During the course of the 2022-2023 school year, the organization donated $200,000 in grants to the School District of Palm Beach County to support Holocaust education and other activities to fulfill its mission of reducing prejudice of any kind. As a result, the organization was formally recognized by the School Board at the May 10 board meeting. "I am very grateful for the Board's recognition of inSIGHT," said Kelly Warsaw, Co-President and Vice President of Finance for inSIGHT.

This round of donations is just the latest example of inSIGHT’s generosity and commitment to supporting education about the Holocaust. Since its inception in 2010, inSIGHT has provided more than $1.3 million in grants and programming to the District. inSIGHT sponsors teacher training through partnerships with the , , and the . This goes toward enabling thoughtful insight for curriculum development for all District teachers. Additionally, the organization has funded the purchase of books to enrich the curriculum for the District’s Holocaust elective, field trips to locations such as the , professional development for teachers, grants to transport Holocaust Survivors to schools to speak to students, and so much more. inSIGHT's mission is to fund educational grants and programming for teachers and students of the District, to teach about the Holocaust and genocides worldwide, to recognize and oppose hatred and bigotry, and to encourage acceptance and respect for all.
