Small Business University Course Opening
Thursday, May 11. 2023 in Person at Palm Beach State College from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pmRegister Here: Course 101: Small Business Value Proposition Design, Stage 1 will kick off our series of 12 courses delivered in a hybrid model. These free business training courses are designed to help small business owners get up and running. There are three stages to the program, with four courses in each stage. Stage 1 covers business basics and is developed in partnership with Florida Atlantic University's Small Business Development Center. -

Congress Ave. Lake Worth, FL 33461Course #102 Building Up a Bankable Business This session will explain how much capital you will need to start or grow a business including start up costs, cash-flow projections and break-even points. It will also help you understand the basic financial terms and how financial documents are used by lenders when approving loan applications. This will be a consulting-based training led by specialized consultants of Small Business Development at FAU to build up a successful business communicating through the value-added lens.
